Hourly GO Matching - a boost to green market credibility?

A proposal to require a finer match in time and space between production and consumption of renewable electricity aims to increase the credibility of renewable power claims in Europe. Critics fear it will undermine a voluntary market with more than 1,000 TWh in annual turnover.
